.We are Sword and Stone Wellness™. Our mission is to bring the benefits of Asian sword training to people of all ages and abilities without the major physical demands and commitment of time and money required by most traditional martial arts studios. Our classes can range from 30 minutes to one hour. The exercises can be modified and performed either seated or standing, according to the student’s skills and abilities.


Martial arts sword forms can provide many of the same benefits as yoga. Forms contain traditional yoga stances, such as warrior one, warrior two, and tree pose. Practicing the flow of the cutting, blocking and lunging movements, using a wood training sword, provides a sense of meditation while improving balance and flexibility.
